Luigi Mangione and legal team appear in court to challenge death penalty

Wis.: 18-year-old man pleads guilty in murder of parents to fund President Trump assassination plot

An 18-year-old man in Wisconsin accused of murdering his parents in order to steal their money and fund a plan to assassinate President Donald Trump has pleaded guilty, in a deal made with state prosecutors.

Nick Reiner’s private attorney withdraws from case, leaving him with public defender

Nick Reiner, the 32-year-old son of the late director Rob Reiner and photographer Michele Singer Reiner, will now be represented by a public defender after his private attorney withdrew from the case. Reiner faces charges in connection with the fatal stabbings of his parents.

Rob Reiner’s 32-year-old son arrested after director and wife Michele both found fatally stabbed

Nick Reiner, the 32-year-old son of acclaimed filmmaker Rob Reiner and his wife, photographer and producer Michele Singer Reiner, was arrested late Sunday and booked on suspicion of murder following the discovery of both his parents’ bodies in their Brentwood home.

Rahmanullah Lakanwal pleads not guilty, appearing virtually from hospital bed

The 29-year-old Afghan man accused of fatally shooting one National Guardsman and severely injuring another in Washington, D.C., last week, appeared virtually from his hospital bed on Tuesday and pleaded not guilty to all of his charges.
