Numerous polls show former President Donald Trump leading President Joe Biden by material margins in both Michigan and Pennsylvania about a year away from the 2024 election.

Special Counsel Pushes Back on Trump’s Bid To Delay Trial Until After Election

In response to former president Donald Trump’s request to postpone his trial until after the 2024 election, Special Counsel Jack Smith said that there is no “credible justification” for doing so.

Arizona Recount Law May Delay 2024 Election Certification
