Venezuela: Protests Erupt Following Maduro’s Presidential Victory

Protests have broken out in Venezuela following Nicolas Maduro being declared as the winner of the presidential election by Venezuela’s government.

Nicolas Maduro Declared Winner Of Venezuela’s Presidential Election But Opposition Claims Landslide Victory

Nicolas Maduro was declared the election winner by Venezuela’s government, however, he was met with the opposition claiming victory in Sunday’s presidential election, setting up a major showdown with the government.

Russian Warships Arrive In Cuba For ‘Exercises’

A fleet of Russian warships have finally arrived in Havana in a visit meant to display a purposeful “show of strength” amid tensions with the west over its support for Ukraine.
