Kilmar Abrego Garcia detained again, facing deportation to Uganda

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Salvadoran illegal alien who was deported back to his home country from the U.S. after being deemed a member of MS-13 by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), was detained once more by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Gov. Newsom sues Trump admin over federalization of California National Guard

California Governor Gavin Newsom announced that the state is suing the Trump administration due to President Donald Trump federalizing the state’s National Guard — in response to the violent riots taking place in Los Angeles.

DHS: Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s Wife Sought Restraining Order In 2021 After The Deported Man ‘Punched’ And ‘Scratched’ Her, Ripped Her Clothes

According to 2021 court documents shared by Homeland Security, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, the wife of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the illegal alien “MS-13 gang member” who was recently deported back to El Salvador — previously requested a restraining order against him on the grounds of domestic violence.

Judge Denies Temporary Restraining Order Against Musk And DOGE

Texas Supreme Court Blocks Execution Of Man In Shaken Baby Syndrome Case
