All eyes will be on the U.S. Supreme Court after the Colorado Supreme Court voted four-to-three to disqualify former President Trump from the primary ballot citing the Constitution’s 14th Amendment insurrection clause.

Davis: Colorado Supreme Court Wanted To Set A Precedent On Disqualifying Trump From Ballot

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Wednesday evening to disqualify President Trump from the ballot. But it also stayed its ruling until January 4th the day before the deadline to certify the primary ballot or until the Supreme Court rules.
