Mavericks win NBA draft lottery in stunner

The Mavericks surprisingly won the No. 1 overall pick in Monday’s NBA Draft Lottery in Chicago, and will surely use the pick on Flagg, the Duke star who excelled as a freshman in his one college season.

Santos: ‘I’ll Take A Commutation, Clemency, Whatever The President Is Willing To Give Me’

Former New York GOP Representative George Santos, who pleaded guilty to wire fraud and identity theft and now faces more than seven years in prison, said this week that he will be asking President Donald Trump for mercy.

FBI Officially Launches Criminal Investigation Into N.Y. AG Letitia James Over Suspected Mortgage Fraud

A source familiar with the investigation informed the press that the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Albany, New York, have initiated a criminal probe into allegations of mortgage fraud involving New York Attorney General Letitia James—who previously sought to prosecute President Donald Trump on multiple criminal charges.

Conservative commentator and writer David Horowitz has died at the age of 86, according to the David Horowitz Freedom Center, a conservative think tank that he founded.
