IDF: One body returned by Hamas not that of a hostage, further complicating ceasefire

The Israeli military announced on Wednesday that one of the bodies handed over by the terrorist group Hamas the day before is “not that of a known hostage,” heightening tensions over the nerve-wracking ceasefire and hostage exchange deal.

Trump signs ceasefire agreement in Egypt: ‘Took 3,000 years to get to this point’

President Donald Trump landed in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, on Monday, to co-host a summit with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. The summit aims to further solidify the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas and to discuss the future governance and reconstruction of Gaza.
