SCOTUS faces criticism on Trump rulings from 12 ‘anonymous’ Federal Judges

A dozen federal judges, who asked to remain anonymous, have jointly condemned the U.S. Supreme Court’s handling of Trump-related cases — highlighting their unease over “heightened scrutiny” of lower court rulings.

Federal Appeals Court blocks Trump admin. from deporting Tren de Aragua members through ‘Alien Enemies Act’

A federal appeals court shockingly ruled against the Trump administration’s rapid deportation, via the usage of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, of illegal aliens who have been deemed Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang members.

Rudy Giuliani suffers major injuries in New Hampshire car crash after assisting domestic violence victim

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was seriously injured in a car crash in New Hampshire, according to a spokesman.

Abrego Garcia requests gag order on Bondi and Noem

Attorneys for Salvadoran illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia have asked a federal judge to impose a gag order on Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Attorney General Pam Bondi — seeking to prevent them from making what they described as “baseless public attacks” against their client.

CECOT deportation lawsuit returns to District Court following Appeals Court decision

A federal appeals court cleared the way for U.S. District Judge James Boasberg to continue overseeing the fate of hundreds of CECOT illegal aliens deported earlier this year by the Trump administration, according to recent reports.
