House votes to condemn the ‘horrors of socialism’ ahead of Trump’s meeting with Mamdani

The House of Representatives voted in favor of a resolution condemning the “horrors of socialism” on Friday morning, just hours before NYC mayoral-elect Zohran Mamdani was set to meet with President Donald Trump at the White House.

Mike Johnson Reveals That Trump Wants A Single ‘Big Beautiful’ Reconciliation Bill

In a closed door meeting, Mike Johnson told Republicans on Saturday that President-elect Donald Trump only wants one reconciliation package, rather than two separate bills Republican lawmakers have been pushing for, according to Politico.
