State Supreme Court records have announced that a New Mexico Democrat judge, who purportedly housed a Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang member, has been permanently barred from the bench.

SCOTUS Temporarily Pauses Deportations Under Alien Enemies Act

The Supreme Court has temporarily paused the deportation of a group of alleged Venezuelan gang members who could be subject to the Alien Enemies Act.

Jose Ibarra Asks For New Trial After Laken Riley Murder Conviction

The violent illegal migrant who murdered Georgia nursing student Laken Riley has asked a judge for a new trial after being sentenced to life in prison last month for his heinous crimes.

DHS: Venezuelan Gang Tren De Aragua ‘Gives Green Light’ To Its Members To Kill And Assault U.S. Police

A government memo obtained by a number of outlets stated that members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua have been given the “green light” to attack and shoot police officers in Denver, Colorado, as well as other major cities that its members have infiltrated after illegally crossing the border while posing as asylum seekers.
