Big Lots To Reopen Over 100 Store Locations Following Bankruptcy Filing

Big Lots, the U.S. discount retail chain specializing in the sale of closeout and overstock merchandise, has announced that they are reopening over 130 stores that shuttered last year following its bankruptcy filing.

Chemical Company Director Charged In Connection With 2022 Flint River Spill

A chemical company director has been charged in connection with the unauthorized discharge of oil that left a miles-long oily mix of chemicals on the Flint River in Michigan.
