A federal judge ruled on Wednesday that the Trump administration’s move to deport anti-Israel protester Mahmoud Khalil was unconstitutional.

ICE’s New Strategy: arresting illegal aliens as they leave mandatory immigration court hearings

U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents carrying out President Donald Trump’s deportation agenda have begun utilizing a new tactic—detaining illegal aliens as they leave mandatory court appearances, aided by the termination of certain cases.

DHS Secretary Noem: Harvard’s student visa program to be terminated

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced that they will be eliminating the student visa program at Harvard University due to “pro-terrorist conduct” at campus protests.

GOP Kentucky Senator Rand Paul says that he received records which confirmed that federal air marshals had surveilled the now-Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard whenever she would fly domestically in 2024.

The United States’ first ‘self-deportation’ flight lands in Honduras

The first flight transporting illegal aliens who voluntarily opted to self deport under the Trump administration’s new U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) initiative—offering complimentary airfare and a $1,000 stipend—have arrived in Honduras.
