Daniel Penny has landed a new job at a major capital firm in Silicon Valley less than two months after being acquitted in the subway chokehold death of Jordan Neely.

Tom Kenniff; Daniel Penny’s Attorney On NYC Subway Chaos

Over the past few months, New Yorkers have seen chaos in their subways, including a woman who was set on fire. No better example of the viral chaos than the Daniel Penny case.
