US opens probe into over 110,000 Ford SUVs on seat belt concern

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said it had received three complaints, alleging an inadvertent deployment of the seat belt retractor pretensioner.

General Motors laid off almost 1,000 employees on Friday as the automaker attempts to cut costs and realign priorities amid changing market conditions.

Advance Auto Parts To Shut Down At Least 500 Stores, Reducing Workforce As ‘Car Repairs Decline’
