A former Coast Guard lieutenant has been formally arrested and charged after threatening to assassinate President Donald Trump.

Newark Democrat Mayor Ras Baraka filed a lawsuit against U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba on Tuesday morning, after he was arrested last month while protesting outside an ICE detention facility.

Hannah Dugan, the Wisconsin judge accused of attempting to help an illegal migrant evade U.S. immigration authorities, has officially been indicted.

Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan Arrested For Allegedly Aiding Illegal Immigrant In Evading ICE Custody

A Wisconsin judge was arrested Friday for allegedly helping an illegal migrant evade ICE agents in her courtroom, FBI Director Kash Patel announced.
