The United States is set to review the records of more than 55 million U.S. visa holders to determine if they have broken conditions for entry or stay in the country.

Illegal immigrant arrested for death of teenage boy in alleged drunken driving crash

A 15-year-old boy was killed while riding his bicycle in Denham Springs, Louisiana, after being hit by an illegal immigrant who was allegedly drunk.

Orange County entrepreneur to plead guilty in $248M investor and lender fraud scheme

Joseph Neal Sanberg, a prominent Orange County businessman and co-founder of Aspiration Partners Inc., has agreed to plead guilty to a massive fraud scheme that defrauded investors and lenders of $248 million.
