SCOTUS agrees to hear Vance, GOP effort to ‘lift caps on campaign spending’

The U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) has agreed to hear a case initially filed by then-Senate candidate JD Vance, the current vice president, among other Republicans, seeking to lift limits on how much political parties can spend in coordination with candidates.

Idaho Murders: Murder victims’ families divided over ‘death penalty dropping’ plea deal

The families of the victims of Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger are divided emotionally in regard to their opinions on the suspect’s recent plea deal, which dropped Kohberger’s chance of receiving the death penalty.

Mexico: 20 bodies found, including 4 ‘decapitated bodies’ hanging from bridge

Twenty bodies have been found, including four decapitated corpses “hanging from a bridge” near a plastic bag of human heads, in a region of Mexico where factions of the Sinaloa drug cartel are suspected to be fighting each other, according to the Sinaloa State Attorney General’s Office.
