Texas House and Senate approve ‘biggest property tax cut in Texas history’

After weeks of debate, the Texas House and Senate have reached an agreement in principle on a $18 billion proposal that will “deliver the biggest property tax cut in Texas history.”

Texas deploys floating barrier in Rio Grande River

Governor Greg Abbott has installed a stretch of buoys on the Rio Grande River that divides Texas and Mexico in an attempt to hinder migrants from crossing into Texas.

Texas AG Paxton traveled to China to meet with govt officials, disregarding staff warnings

Ken Paxton, the suspended attorney general (AG) of Texas, traveled to China with other AGs on a secretive trip that included meetings with government officials, and he did so against the advice of his staff, who expressed concern about potential Chinese Communist Party influence, according to sources and internal documents obtained by Fox.
