Supreme Court Rules Trump Has ‘Absolute Immunity’ For ‘Official Acts’ During Presidency

The Supreme Court ruled on Monday that former President Donald Trump receives “absolute” immunity from prosecution for “official acts” during his presidency, but it left the exact extent of that protection for the lower courts to decide.

Supreme Court Overturns 1984 Chevron V. Natural Resources Defense Council Ruling

The Supreme Court has overturned the 1984 decision in Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council, which mandated judicial deference to agencies in cases where the law is unclear.
