Senate parliamentarian removes provisions from Trump’s ‘Big, Beautiful Bill’

Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough ruled that several components of the sweeping legislative package intended to advance President Donald Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” purportedly violate the Byrd Rule.

100 senators to receive classified Iran briefing next week as Trump nears decision

All 100 U.S. senators are set to receive a classified briefing on the Israel-Iran war early next week, according to an aide to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.
