The Immigration Reform Law Institute argues that to be a United States citizen at birth under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, a person must be born in the United States to parents who were legally residing in the country at the time of the birth.

Rubio Confirms His Position As Acting Director Of USAID

State Secretary Marco Rubio has confirmed that he is now the acting chief of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

USAID D.C. Headquarters Closed To Staff After Musk Declares Agency Shutdown With Trump’s Approval

Staffers of the U.S. Agency for International Development were instructed to stay out of the agency’s Washington headquarters on Monday, according to a notice distributed to them, after Tesla founder Elon Musk announced that President Donald Trump had agreed with him to shut down the agency.
