GM’s first-quarter US auto sales rise nearly 17%

General Motors reported an about 17% rise in first-quarter U.S. sales, helped by demand for its pickup trucks and affordable crossover SUVs.

US opens probe into over 110,000 Ford SUVs on seat belt concern

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said it had received three complaints, alleging an inadvertent deployment of the seat belt retractor pretensioner.

GM Recalling 450K SUVs, Pickups That Fail To Issue Faulty Brake Fluid Warning Light

General Motors (GM) announced it’s recalling 449,000 of its SUVs and pickup trucks due to the electronic brake control module software failing to display a warning light when losing brake fluid takes place.

Toyota Recalls Over 43K Hybrid SUVs Over Hitch Defects

Toyota has announced they are recalling over 43,000 vehicles in the United States over defects that could increase the risk of a car crash.

Chrysler Recalls Over 200K SUVs And Trucks Due To Anti-Lock Brake Issue

Chrysler is recalling over 211,000 SUVs and pickup trucks due to potentially faulty anti-lock braking system software that can disable the vehicles electronic stability control systems.

Toyota Recalls 100,000 Pickup Trucks, Luxury SUVs Amid Engine Stalling Issues

Toyota will be recalling approximately 100,000 pickup trucks and nearly 3,500 Lexus LX 600 luxury SUVs for a problem that could cause the engines to lose power while driving.
