Tesla recalls 2 million US vehicles over lack of Autopilot safeguards

Tesla is recalling just over two million vehicles in the United States fitted with its Autopilot advanced driver-assistance system to install new safeguards.

NTSB examines wreckage of private jet after deadly crash

The NTSB continues to look for clues into what caused a private business jet to take a strange flight path over a restricted area before crashing and killing all four people on board.
