A rapidly spreading wildfire in Ocean County, New Jersey, has surged to 12,500 acres since igniting on Tuesday, prompting mass evacuations, damaging structures, and forcing the closure of a major highway.

Judge: Columbia University Protest Leader Mahmoud Khalil ‘Can Be Deported’

An immigration judge ruled on Friday that Columbia University’s anti-Israel protest leader, Mahmoud Khalil, who negotiated on behalf of pro-Palestine encampments, can be deported over his ties to the school’s previous “antisemitic protests and disruptive activities.”
