Union Pacific to reshape US freight rail with $85 billion deal for Norfolk

Union Pacific said it would buy smaller rival Norfolk Southern in an $85 billion deal to create the first U.S. coast-to-coast freight rail operator.

Coca-Cola to roll out US cane-sugar Coke; zero-calorie drinks, higher prices drive beat

Coca-Cola laid out plans to launch a new product made with cane sugar on resilient demand for zero-calorie drinks as well as higher prices.
