California drops lawsuit against Trump admin. for cutting funding for high-speed railway

California has dropped a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s decision to cancel more than $4 billion in federal funding for the state’s high-speed rail project.

Migrant drivers sue Calif. DMV for plans to revoke commercial driver’s licenses

The California Department of Motor Vehicles is facing a lawsuit from nearly 20,000 migrants over the state’s plan to revoke their commercial drivers’ licenses.
