Judge dismisses indictments against Letitia James and James Comey

A federal judge in South Carolina dismissed criminal indictments on Monday against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, arguing that the appointment of interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan was invalid.

President Donald Trump has issued “full, complete and unconditional” pardons to at least 77 individuals accused of attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election, U.S. Pardon Attorney Ed Martin announced late on Sunday night.

Biden-era FBI ‘Arctic Frost’ probe targeted over 160 Republicans: ‘Nothing short of a Biden admin enemies list’
