D.C. sues Trump admin. over Nat’l Guard deployment, arguing it’s ‘Illegal federal overreach’

Washington, D.C., Attorney General Brian Schwalb sued the Trump administration over its decision to deploy the National Guard in the special district, describing the move as an unconstitutional “involuntary military occupation.”
