Transportation Secretary Duffy Investigates Allegations Of ‘DEI-Linked’ Cheating In FAA Exams

After a recent report alleged that a prominent “DEI activist” provided minority candidates hoping to become air traffic controllers with a means of cheating on the FAA entrance exam, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced that he would be looking into the matter further.

Federal Judge Blocks Parts Of Trump’s Executive Orders Limiting DEI Programs

A federal judge has temporarily blocked parts of President Donald Trump’s executive orders on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

Florida Files Lawsuit Against Target Over DEI Policies

The Sunshine State has filed a federal lawsuit against Target, claiming the retail chain misled investors by failing to disclose that they would be selling diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) merchandise, specifically for its LGBTQ+ Pride merchandise line in 2023.
