Tom Kenniff; Daniel Penny’s Attorney On NYC Subway Chaos

Over the past few months, New Yorkers have seen chaos in their subways, including a woman who was set on fire. No better example of the viral chaos than the Daniel Penny case. Penny represented by Attorney Tom Kenniff was acquitted in a unanimous decision. One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke to Kenniff.

NYC Officials Say Transit Crime Decreased In 2024

Transit crime has reportedly decreased in New York City. One America’s Taylor Tinsley has more.

Luigi Mangione Brought On Harvey Weinstein’s Prison Consultant Craig Rothfeld

Luigi Mangione, the 26-year-old man suspected of the point blank murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, has brought on the same New York prison consultant as disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein.

Mass Shooting Outside Queens Nightclub Leaves At Least 10 Wounded

At least 10 people, mostly teenagers, were injured in an apparent drive-by shooting outside a nightclub in Queens, New York, on Wednesday night, according to the NYPD.

Woman Who Was ‘Burned To Death’ By Guatemalan Illegal On Subway Is Identified By Police

According to police on Tuesday, the victim who was killed after being lit on fire by an illegal alien on a Brooklyn F train was reportedly a 57-year-old woman from New Jersey named Debrina Kawam.
