DOJ Won’t Prosecute AG Garland For Contempt Of Congress

The Justice Department has declined to pursue a criminal case against Attorney General Merrick Garland. This decision comes days after the House of Representatives voted to hold him in contempt for defying a congressional subpoena.

U.S., Ukraine Sign 10-Year Security Agreement, G7 Gives Kyiv $50B Loan

The United States and Ukraine signed off Thursday on a 10-year security agreement, with the leaders of the Group of Seven nations pledging to arrange a $50 billion loan to Ukraine as well.

House Votes To Hold AG Garland In Contempt

The House of Representatives has voted to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress. This comes after Garland had declined to provide subpoenaed audio recordings of President Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.
