Jack Smith Appeals Judge Cannon’s Dismissal Of Classified Docs Case

Special Counsel Jack Smith filed an appeal Monday, urging a federal appeals court to reinstate the criminal case charging former President Trump with concealing classified documents and obstructing a federal investigation. Paul Kamenar, Counsel for the National Legal and Policy Center, tells One America News that Smith is unlikely to find success.
