FDA And CDC: Salmonella Has Been Detected In Cucumbers In 31 States 

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued an announcement regarding a salmonella outbreak that has been linked to cucumbers in 31 different states.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared Monkeypox (Mpox) to be an international health emergency after a new strain of the virus has rapidly spread across Central Africa in only a few short months.

Chuck Schumer: I Will Work To Block GOP Budget Cuts Of The CDC

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) told The Associated Press (AP) on Sunday that he will try to stop a GOP-backed plan that would reduce the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) budget, claiming that doing so “could put public health at risk.”

Deli meat maker Boar’s Head has expanded its recall of deli meats to include a massive seven million pounds of deli and poultry items in an alarming multistate outbreak of listeria infections.

Listeria Outbreak Leads To 2 Deaths, 28 Hospitalizations So Far: ‘Deli Meat Culprit’

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported that a listeria outbreak associated with “sliced deli meats” has left two people dead and 28 others hospitalized across twelve U.S. states.
