President Donald Trump has signed legislation to end California’s electric vehicle (EV) mandate, while also announcing plans for a new ban on windmills.

Federal judge blocks Trump admin from continuing to detain Mahmoud Khalil

A Joe Biden-appointed federal judge has granted Mahmoud Khalil’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus while prohibiting the Trump administration from pursuing longer detention efforts, according to a recent court order.
