Iranian President Hassan Rouhani threatens to restart his country’s nuclear program just days after the country’s parliament passed an “anti-American” bill. On Tuesday, Rouhani said Iran could reboot the military component of its nuclear program in “an hour and a day” if the U.S. resorts to the policy of “threats and sanctions” against Iran.
