The U.S. government has been illegally censoring OAN—and now we have proof straight from Congress.

A congressional investigation found clear evidence that government officials colluded with Big Tech to silence conservatives—specifically OAN.

This isn’t speculation. It’s fact.

Alex Stamos: “We are going to have to figure out the OAN and Newsmax problem. These companies have freedom of speech, but I’m not sure we need Verizon, AT&T, Comcast and such bringing them into tens of millions of homes.”

That’s Alex Stamos and Chris Krebs—government agents colluding to shut down a news network they don’t like.

But they weren’t just talking. They acted.

In 2021, Democrat lawmakers pressured cable providers to drop OAN—and they did.
AT&T caved. Then Verizon followed.

At the same time, the Biden administration was working directly with Big Tech to suppress conservative media.

Then, four U.S. senators—including the corrupt and disgraced Robert Menendez—demanded YouTube start censoring reports on the 2020 election.

And just hours after that letter, YouTube demonetized our channel and banned OAN from uploading new videos.

But it doesn’t stop there, OAN has been targeted by countless high-ranking elected officials.

Like California Governor Gavin Newsom, for example.

Here you have a man who lies for a living, repeatedly attacking OAN, blaming us for misinformation and his own rock-bottom public image.

As if he needed any help.

The bottom line is this isn’t about misinformation.

This is about government officials deciding what news you’re allowed to hear.

Sen. Rand Paul: “And most people in broadcast media would be horrified by that. And yet that’s what was going on for years, particularly under the Biden administration. But even dating back to nine 11, a lot of this stuff has been welling up over time that the government thinks they have the right to police speech.”

Let’s be clear: The U.S. government is violating the First Amendment.
