Elon Musk And Tesla Win Lawsuit Dismissal In Case Alleging Dogecoin Market Manipulation

A federal judge in New York has ruled that Elon Musk and his company Tesla has won the dismissal of a federal lawsuit that accused them of both defrauding investors by ramping up the cryptocurrency “dogecoin” and conducting insider trading, causing billions of dollars of losses.

Brazilian Judge Threatens To Suspend Elon Musk’s X By Thursday Evening

Brazilian Supreme Court Judge Alexandre de Moraes has threatened to suspend Elon Musk’s widely popular social networking platform X (Twitter), if he does not name a legal representative for the company within Brazil in 24 hours.
