Several companies must face lawsuit over tainted baby food, US judge rules

A U.S. judge said several companies including Walmart, Beech-Nut and Gerber must face a nationwide lawsuit claiming that toxic heavy metals contaminated their baby food.

FTC Vs. Kroger-Albertsons Merger Case Heading To Trial 

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) trial has begun, with the agency continuing its push to block Kroger’s merger with Albertsons, alleging that the merger would “hurt customers and undermine competition” in the grocery store industry.

Research: 60% Of Baby Foods At Supermarkets Are Unhealthy

Almost two-thirds of baby foods in supermarkets in the United States are unhealthy, according to new research.

CDC: Listeria Outbreak In Cheeses, Dairy Products Sold At 2 Major Grocery Stores, 2 Deaths And 23 Hospitalized Across 11 States

Some of the United States’ dairy products are suspected of being the source of a Listeria outbreak that has claimed two lives and hospitalized 23 others so far, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
