According to two individuals familiar with the outreach who spoke to the press, three months ago, as Representative Dean Phillips began openly indicating that he would run for president in 2024, he phoned President Joe Biden to explain why he thinks there should be a competitive primary for the Democrat candidacy.

House Oversight Committee Accuses Biden WH Staffers of Inspecting Penn Biden Center A Year Earlier Than Previously Known

The Republican-led House Oversight Committee has claimed that at least five White House employees “were central figures in the early stages of coordinating the organizing, moving, and removing of boxes” from the Penn Biden Center “that were later found to contain classified materials.”
