Canadian Furniture Maker Closes B.C. Plant, Moves Operations To North Carolina Amid Trump Tariffs

Unifor, Canada’s largest private sector union, announced that Canadian furniture maker Prepac is closing down its manufacturing plant in Delta, British Columbia (B.C.), moving all production to its other manufacturing plant in North Carolina — which first opened in 2021.

Trump Admin Secures Release Of American Held By Taliban Since 2022

A Georgia man that was held captive for over two years by the Taliban, the Islamic terrorist group based in Afghanistan, has been released following negotiations between the Trump administration and Qatari officials — according to multiple reports.

Trump To Talk With Putin On Tuesday Amid Efforts To End Ukraine War

President Donald Trump said he will be speaking with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday to push for an end to the war in Ukraine.
