Poppi Soda Facing Class Action Lawsuit Over ‘Gut Health’ Claim

A customer has filed a class-action lawsuit against the well-known soda company Poppi, which is based in Austin, Texas, claiming that the beverages do not actually benefit gut health as their advertising claims.

Drug Lord El Chapo’s Life Sentence Appeal Rejected By Judge, Will Remain In Solitary Confinement 

In a not-so-surprising outcome, renowned drug lord Joaquin Guzman, most well-known by his moniker “El Chapo,” lost his appeal to have the 2019 ruling that sentenced him to life in prison overruled by a U.S. court on Tuesday.
