Judge Boasberg: Trump admin must facilitate return of over 100 deported Venezuelans or give them due process hearings

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg ruled that the Trump administration must either facilitate the return of more than 100 Venezuelan men — deported earlier this year to El Salvador’s CECOT megaprison — or provide them with due process hearings to challenge their removal and purported gang ties.

Ohio Democrat Congresswoman sues Trump and Kennedy Center over name change

After the Kennedy Center’s board of trustees voted to add President Donald Trump’s name to the institution last week, rebranding it as the Trump-Kennedy Center, a Democrat congresswoman in Ohio filed a federal lawsuit against President Trump and the board, among others.

DOJ sues D.C., citing Second Amendment violations

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), through its Civil Rights Division’s newly established Second Amendment Section, filed a federal lawsuit on Monday against the District of Columbia’s (D.C.) Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and the D.C. government.

DHS offers $3K ‘Holiday Stipend’ to illegal aliens who voluntarily self-deport before the new year

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has increased its holiday-season incentive for illegal immigrants to voluntarily self-deport, temporarily tripling the payment to $3,000 for those who depart by December 31, 2025.
