Murdaugh Signs Guilty Plea Agreement Before Judge

Alex Murdaugh, a convicted murderer and purported fraudster, and the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office have negotiated a guilty plea bargain for Murdaugh’s more than 100 financial and drug-related offenses.

Judge Lifts Gag Order On Trump In N.Y. Business Fraud Case

A gag order preventing former President Donald Trump from making comments about court personnel in his $250 million civil business fraud lawsuit was temporarily lifted by a New York judge on Thursday.
