Maine: AG Sues Trump Admin, Who Froze Federal Funds Over State’s Refusal To Enforce Trans Athlete Ban

Maine Attorney General Aaron Frey has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration for freezing federal funding over the state’s refusal to comply with President Donald Trump’s transgender athlete ban — prohibiting biological male athletes to complete with female athletes.

Nevada: Schools Enact Ban On Biological Male Athletes On Female Sports Teams

The Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association (NIAA) voted on Tuesday to implement a gender eligibility policy that restricts transgender-identifying male athletes from participating in female sports. The regulation mandates that only individuals assigned female at birth are eligible to compete on female sports teams within the state.
