Ohio Legislature Passes Bill Banning Transgender Students from ‘Preferred’ Opposite-Sex Restrooms

The Ohio Senate on Wednesday approved a ban on transgender students using opposite-sex restrooms that “fit their gender identities,” sending the measure to Republican Governor Mike DeWine.

A state in India has passed a law that could allow for the execution of rapists, following the rape and murder of a beloved 31-year-old female doctor, whose body was discovered on August 9th.
