National Guard now carrying weapons in the Nation’s Capital

Some National Guardsmen deployed in Washington, D.C., have been spotted carrying holstered firearms while on patrol.

President Donald Trump defended deploying the National Guard to patrol urban areas and combat crime in the nation’s capital, countering both liberal mainstream media coverage and Democrat accusations labeling him a “dictator.”

National Guard set to mobilize across 19 states amid enforcement of illegal immigration laws

Up to 1,700 National Guardsmen are set to be mobilized across 19 states by the Trump administration as part of the president’s clampdown on illegal immigration.

Pirro: Those carrying rifles or shotguns in D.C. will no longer face felony charges

United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro has announced that federal prosecutors will no longer pursue felony charges for mere possession of rifles or shotguns in Washington, D.C.

Illegal immigrant arrested for death of teenage boy in alleged drunken driving crash

A 15-year-old boy was killed while riding his bicycle in Denham Springs, Louisiana, after being hit by an illegal immigrant who was allegedly drunk.

Hegseth authorizes National Guard to bear arms in D.C.

United States Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has signed an order authorizing the National Guard troops currently patrolling Washington, D.C., to carry weapons if necessary, according to a source familiar with the matter.
