Ray Epps Receives 1 Year Probation In Connection To Jan. 6

Ryan Epps, a man from Arizona who attended and allegedly facilitated the January 6th, 2021 protest at the U.S. Capitol, has been sentenced to a year of probation.

Pennsylvania Senate approves law reducing probation and jail sentencing

The Pennsylvania state Senate adopted legislation on Tuesday that aims to reduce the number of individuals on probation and in jail by restricting the period of probation and barring former inmates from being sent back to jail for “minor infractions.”
