Nevada: Schools Enact Ban On Biological Male Athletes On Female Sports Teams

The Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association (NIAA) voted on Tuesday to implement a gender eligibility policy that restricts transgender-identifying male athletes from participating in female sports. The regulation mandates that only individuals assigned female at birth are eligible to compete on female sports teams within the state.

Trump Signs Executive Order To Combat Ticket Scalping: ‘Must Deliver Report On Actions Taken Within 180 Days’

On Monday, singer-songwriter Kid Rock joined President Donald Trump at the White House as the president signed an executive order directing the FTC to enforce the BOTS Act, and take action against scalpers who obtain tickets in order to illegally resell them at much higher prices — also known as price gouging.

NATO ‘Corrects’ Statement On 4 Missing U.S. Soldiers After Secy. General Suggested They Died During Exercises In Lithuania

On Wednesday, NATO “clarified” previous remarks made by Secretary-General Mark Rutte, after he announced that four U.S. Army soldiers were killed in NATO training exercises in Lithuania. The U.S. Army never confirmed the secretary general’s initial announcement.
