HHS Layoffs Begin Impacting HR, Finance, And IT Departments

Employees across the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services began receiving notices of dismissal on Tuesday in a drastic change that will lay off close to 10,000 people.

Russia Taking Ukraine Cease-Fire Deal ‘Seriously’ But Rejects Current Terms

Russia is taking U.S. proposals for a cease-fire agreement with Ukraine “seriously” but can’t accept the deal as it stands, a senior Russian diplomat said Tuesday, suggesting peace talks between the two countries have stalled.

NATO ‘Corrects’ Statement On 4 Missing U.S. Soldiers After Secy. General Suggested They Died During Exercises In Lithuania

On Wednesday, NATO “clarified” previous remarks made by Secretary-General Mark Rutte, after he announced that four U.S. Army soldiers were killed in NATO training exercises in Lithuania. The U.S. Army never confirmed the secretary general’s initial announcement.
