A federal judge has formally dismissed a gun count that had been part of a collapsed plea deal in the Hunter Biden case.

Hunter Biden Attorneys Claim Gun Portion Of Plea Deal Is Valid After Special Counsel Report

Hunter Biden’s lawyers are reportedly pushing to maintain a portion of a plea agreement they had negotiated with the prosecutor, whose new role as special counsel has heightened the tax inquiry into the president’s son ahead of the 2024 race.

Dershowitz: Judge Noreika Showed ‘Courage’ in Decision to Nix Hunter Biden Plea Deal

Hunter Biden’s plea deal unraveled Wednesday after a contentious federal court hearing. U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika adjourned the hearing so the Department of Justice and Hunter Biden’s legal team could rework the deal to her liking.
